Pursuant to Article 16 of Ministerial Decision 125944\/EX2020\/20 (Government Gazette B’ 4884) on the “Gaming Regulation on Administrative Measures and Sanctions”, the performance and outcomes of inspection activities are subject to periodic evaluation, conducted at least annually.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of this evaluation is to assess:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The level of compliance achieved by the entities subject to inspection.<\/li>\n
  2. The extent to which the supervisory and enforcement objectives established by the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) have been achieved.<\/li>\n
  3. The appropriateness, efficiency, and effectiveness of the inspection methodologies, employed.<\/li>\n
  4. The training and professional development needs of the Members of the Inspection Teams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
